SERVER EMERGENCIES ONLY:
(total outage for over 45+ minutes if all network services, including being unable to ping 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168. You must also do a complete traceroute/tracert and include results of ping and traceroute (Linux) or tracert (Windows) in e-mail.
This will create an emergency ticket, send multiple e-mails to the server admins network and personal e-mail accounts and a text message to the network admin.
Improper use of this and you will be not only blocked from sending but also banned from connecting to the server.network.
